I Don’t Know What To Believe Anymore

Tell-Lie-Vision

The most common statement that I hear so many people say is: “I don’t know what to believe any more.” It makes sense to me that people feel that way.

America as we all know is in huge transition. We can either see America’s best days ahead  of us or we can see America as only Empire and gasping for it’s last breath.

When I see horse manure I know there is a pony nearby.

Right now I see great opportunity for America because while we have not been a Constitutional Republic since 1871, our DNA is totally different than Europe.

As Americans, there is only one way that we can move forward.

Do you know what it is?

Answer: We got this!

We are all exactly where we are supposed to be. So make yourself a French Press, Pour Yourself a Cold One, or just Smoke Out.

Why?

Answer: It is what it is. Systems will fall and as Americans we won’t fall because we have an original DNA that is different than Mother England.

Live in faith.

Be Here Now.

Love Is The Answer.

Let’s not go to war okay?

Living An Authentic Life

Tell The Truth No Matter What!

The ability, to tell the truth, is not something that comes easy to most people. Why is this? Most people will basically just tell people what they think you want to hear. This has a lot to do with social programming, circumstances, and the environment you live in.

How can you make your life more authentic?

Turn Off Your Tell-Lie Vision!

Do you see the pattern when you watch this?

These were some insights that I found on the internet that may help you:

“We can only control people if we tell half-truth; if we shade what’s true, but if we tell the total truth, then our inside in on the outside. There is nothing hidden inside. For most human beings, to have their inside exposed on the outside brings up incredible fear.” – Adyashanti

https://www.pickthebrain.com/5-reasons-tell-truth/

As a kid my Mom (RIP) always stressed the importance of telling the truth. She used to say, “Honey if you tell the truth you may be in trouble, but if you lie to me you are in deep shit.”

The truth can have deeper meaning especially when You tell your side of the story, then I tell my side of the story, then we discover the facts. The facts have changed because of what Social Media has done to our society. My personal point of view? Long term I think that living on Social Media can make you mentally ill. Why do I think this? The answer is simple, so many people that I know have both a personal and a business social media account.

The personal account is the truth while the professional account is all about their brand! Okay, so you want to ber a brand, no worries.

Here is what FastCompany has to say about it:

We’re living in an Audio Renaissance right now. You might not have noticed yet, but your ears certainly have.

Everyday life is full of soundmojis, voice assistants, and IoT devices that speak in sonic languages. Social platforms like TikTok and Clubhouse only work with sound. Amazon even sells “You’re On Mute” T-shirts. And the global sound-on movement isn’t simply anecdotal. Sixty-seven million Americans listen to podcasts every month, audio streaming has increased 32% year over year, and 41% of people in the U.S. use voice search every day.

Of course, whenever there’s a seismic shift in consumer behavior, it’s followed by a seismic shift in brand behavior. Marketers need to constantly pivot to meet their customers where they’re at. So, it should come as no surprise that the number of global companies investing in sonic branding is increasing exponentially.

In 2021, our research shows a 22% jump in brands launching audio identities for the very first time. It’s a phenomenon happening across industries, from financial services and autos to tech and retail. Global giants such as American Express, Frito-Lay, Colgate, General Mills, and Walmart have significantly increased their sonic investments in the last 18 months.

New Zealand Taught Me That We All Self Medicate

“It’s 420 Somewhere!”™

It was a lovely spring day back in 2007. Of course, when it’s summer in New Zealand, it’s winter in America.

The Hardware Cafe Located in Titirangi.

One of my favorite handouts when I first arrived in New Zealand was a lovely coffee shop, the Hardware Cafe, which is located on the West Side of Auckland.

Most weeks, I would end up having two or three meetings at the Hardware Cafe.

This particular morning, I met with an established filmmaker who was excited to pitch me his newest documentary.

A Flat White Coffee at The Hardware Cafe.

There was something very unique about our meeting. What was it? Did he order an Expresso Coffee, which is typical for the morning? Yes, he did.

Then he ordered an ice-cold Heineken lager beer.

He drank his expresso while I drank my Flate White, and then he proceeded to drink his Heineken. I asked him, “Hey John, what’s the deal with the beer?” His answer: “Mitch, we all self-medicate, and I love a beer after my coffee.”

It didn’t hit me how much we self-medicate until I came back to America.

Without mentioning any names to protect the guilty, I have one friend who gets up in the morning, has a coffee, then takes a hit of Cannabis, next a bottle of beer by mid-day. In the afternoon? Hmm, maybe some Opediate like Zanex in the afternoon or early evening.

Next, I started to look at the statistics for the drug epidemic in America.

We All Self Medicate.

It is not my place to judge what others do. Since I was 19 years of age, I’ve enjoyed coffee and didn’t discover Cannabis until I was 35.

Cannabis is a lot different than the prescription drug crisis. Cannabis, by nature, is a culture that is socially based. There is a much bigger issue with Cannabis around banking that continues Cannabis as a cash business.

Yes, we all self-medicate. Me? It’s time for a coffee.

Humanity Is At The Crossroads

It will be interesting to see how the next year plays out. Here in California, Cannabis laws are very open. One person told me that if you fly over Los Angeles, it looks like a big stoner concert, the whole town looks like a Cannabis cloud.

Of course, I think that the reason that there is a cloud over Los Angeles is from all the Geo-Engineering in the air.

Welcome To Stoner.Studio

The official launch date for this website is November 11, 2021.

After careful consideration, I thought it would be fun to start the blog here early so I can get back in the groove of writing daily.

If you thought that our world was strange after September 11, 2001, welcome to living in a post-Covid world.

We are now in October, very close to Halloween and if anyone had told me that our world would look and feel the way it does not, I would have said, “you are out of your mind.”

When I look back at this video from the 1960s and where we are now in 2021, is it really all that different?
